Growing up in Florida, our passion for seafood has always been ingrained in us at an early age. However, the one thing about the seafood we weren't so fond of was how expensive it was. That's why our mission here at Cajun Boil Express is to maintain that delicious, juicy seafood quality, all while keeping affordability top of mind. We're an express-style restaurant with inexpensive lunch and dinner options that are available for pickup and delivery. 

Our Process

Not only do you get to build your own rice bowl and boiler bag from start to finish, but you pick the main ingredients, the sauces, and spices. Then, our chefs expertly put it together to give your tastebuds an experience you’ll only get by visiting Louisiana yourself. Enjoy!
